2. PROCEDURE AND PURPOSES OF IMPLEMENTING VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
2.1. Video surveillance at Aurora Support LLC is carried out in administrative building at the address: Republic of Belarus, 220012, Minsk, Tolbukhin Street, 3A, office 201-220 (2nd floor) (hereinafter referred to as the administrative building) for the purpose of:
- ensuring public order, including the prevention, detection and suppression of offenses;
- protection of individuals (visitors, employees), facilities of Aurora Support LLC, including material assets and other property;
- control of visitor access to the facilities of Aurora Support LLC;
- ensuring production, technological, executive and labor discipline.
2.2. Video surveillance at Aurora Support LLC is carried out around the clock using open video surveillance cameras, while the recording mode is constant.
2.3. Aurora Support LLC informs personal data subjects about the implementation of video surveillance by placing warning information signs containing a QR code with a link to the text of this Policy inside the premises of Aurora Support LLC facilities where video surveillance is carried out.
2.4. Aurora Support LLC carries out video surveillance without the involvement of authorized persons.
2.5. OOO Aurora Support does not use a video surveillance system:
- in premises intended for the personal needs of employees;
- work offices, with the exception of work offices of employees whose work functions involve working with inventory items;
For recording the actual working hours worked by employees of Aurora Support LLC; for unique identification of persons who have entered the viewing areas of CCTV cameras.
2.6. OOO Aurora Support does not use video surveillance with sound recording function:
2.7. Aurora Support LLC has installed cameras in the elevator area, corridors (passages), server rooms, and storage areas. commodity and material assets;
Storage period for video materials: 30 days.
2.8. In the event of receiving information about possible recording by video surveillance cameras of situations that have signs of a disciplinary offence, administrative offence, or criminal offence, upon oral instructions from the director, deputy director for legal and economic security, head of the internal control department (persons performing their duties) for such video recordings, the storage period may be extended for the period of the relevant events provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
2.9. Aurora Support LLC establishes restrictions on employee access rights to video surveillance camera recordings in accordance with their job responsibilities. Employee access to video camera settings and recording modes is prohibited, with the exception of Aurora Support LLC employees.
The procedure for accessing personal data, including video surveillance camera recordings, is carried out in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for accessing personal data, including those processed in the information resource (system), approved by the order of the director of Aurora Support LLC.
Employees of Aurora Support LLC are prohibited from using access to video recordings for personal or other purposes not related to the performance of official duties. Video recordings may not be changed, used, distributed or provided, except in cases stipulated by legislative acts.
2.10. Aurora Support LLC has the right to use video surveillance camera recordings as evidence in civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings to confirm the fact (facts) of an illegal act, as well as to establish other circumstances that must be proven.
2.11. Information recorded by the video surveillance system at the facilities of Aurora Support LLC may be provided to government agencies (organizations) only on the basis of a written request in cases stipulated by current legislation.
